How does it work?

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! You subscribe here by clicking on SUBSCRIBE, then ENTER your details, RELAX and wait for the postman to deliver your first box. Then get stuck in and ENJOY.

What will you get in your monthly box?

Each box contains the pattern and yarn needed to make a small crochet project. I choose good quality yarns that are available for you to buy yourselves from retailers around the world. Each month I feature a different yarn which gives you a chance to try different types of yarn. If one yarn is particularly popular I may well use that yarn again over the months. I try as far as possible to use ‘cruelty free’ yarn. If I’m going to use an animal fibre I try my very best to check that the animals giving their fleece have been properly cared for. If I ever get this wrong, and it’s possible, it won’t be for the lack of trying. If you prefer not to receive animal fibres, please do email me to that effect when you subscribe and we’ll put a note on your account so that we can substitute with a non animal fibre yarn. You’ll also receive a bodkin, a soft handled crochet hook in the relevant size and a stunning crochet stitch marker designed by Beth at Korutumi The projects are designed by one of our wonderful crochet designers from around the world or sometimes by lil old me! I also include at least one treat. I try very hard to find interesting items made by clever artists from around the world. Sometimes it may be a more practical item. But always something that is desirable to us crochet loving gals!

Can I give a subscription to Little Box of Crochet as a gift?

Oh yes absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s details in the Shipping Address box then you can cancel at any point after the first box has gone out, so you can give the number of month’s subscription to suit your budget. I’m probably biased but I think if I received a Little Box of Crochet as a gift, I would love the sender forever! Just saying!

Can I buy boxes from previous months?

Yes. You can click on the Shop link, which will take you to the shop where you will find previous boxes if there are any still available, and various other bits and bobs. There will be a limited number of each box so we can’t guarantee the availability of past boxes.
