When I subscribe which box will I receive first?
Subscriptions for each month will be open from the 1st to the 20th of that month. Your payment will be taken when you subscribe. All the boxes will be sent out in the week beginning the 20th of the month. If you live in the UK it usually takes a couple of days to reach you. if you live further afield, for instance the USA or Australia it can take from 10 days to 3 weeks to reach you. We use the Royal Mail for all our posting.
Will I receive my next box automatically.
Yes. If you have a monthly subscription you will receive a box every month for as long as you like. If you need to cancel its very straightforward. Go to My Account and click Unsubscribe. After the first month of your subscription your payment date will automatically move to the 1st of the month and your box will come out to you each month during the week beginning the 20th of that month. You don’t need to do anything after your original subscription.
What methods of payment does Little Box of Crochet accept?
We accept PayPal or credit/debit cards. When you subscribe for the first time please can you double check that you’ve entered all your information correctly? We’ll need your email address to keep you up to date and to let you know if there are any problems. We need your correct address because it goes into our mailing system exactly as you write it so if it’s not quite right you run the risk of not receiving your box. You’ll be asked for your payment details and all that information is stored securely by Paypal.
Is the Little Box of Crochet suitable for beginners?
Our projects are designed with capable beginners/intermediate skill levels. They aren’t suitable for complete beginners. They vary in skill levels so a good thing to do is if you’re finding a box too difficult, put it to one side and come back to it when your skills have improved. I’ve been amazed at the progress I’ve made myself since starting up Little Box of Crochet.

There is an item missing from my Little Box of Crochet. What do I do?
Owww! I really work hard to make sure that never happens but just in case it ever does Please can you email me with details of what is missing and your account details. Ill look into it as soon as possible and get back to you.
How do I change my delivery address, if I move or bank details on my account?
You just need to go into My Account and enter your password. You’ll then be able to make your changes.
