Description

What’s in the Box:

This box!  The gorgeous grey is the perfect background for these beautiful summer flowers imagined by Amanda and made a reality by that clever lot at The Dorset Box Company.  Together with the gold bottom (Amanda’s favourite!) it makes a stunning box extremely suitable to adorn any shelf!

The yarn is ‘Herriot Fine’ from Juniper Moon Farm and is 75% alpaca with a touch of polyamide that makes if perfect for socks.  And, oh how soft it is!  You will have one of three colour combinations, either Deep Plum Passion and Pampa Sunrise , Vanilla Blanca and Bahia Beach or Vanilla Blanca and Pampa Sunrise. (PLEASE NOTE: The choice will be random) There is enough yarn to make two pairs of socks and, funnily enough, two different patterns to try!

You have 2 sets of needles: a lovely Seeknit 2.5mm asymmetric circular needle and a set of 2.5mm dpns

Cute, and very appropriate, stitch markers by Emma at Yarnistry.

Talking of gifts, we have a sweet treat for you!  I must admit, there have been a few samples passed our way (I mean, we had to try them ALL, right?!)  and we have fallen in love with this chocolate range!  Hip Oat Meal Chocolate is a new plant based chocolate brand, vegan and plastic free and best of all, really bloomin’ tasty!!  It was a difficult choice, but we opted for one of our favourites, Hip Salted Caramel Chocolate to put in the box

And how handy is our branded piling comb?  Many a much-loved woollen can now have new life with its little bobbles removed to look as good as new.  No woolly warrior should be without one!

Our lovely Kayti Peschke has not only taken the pictures and put our booklet together, but also created the pretty postcard and notebook with you in mind…’I love knitting’ Says it all really

Mr Felt Ball is also present and doing a fine job with the bodkin, protecting us from accidents of the pricked finger nature as we rootle around in the box!

And there we have it!  We hope you love it as much as we do! Don’t forget two things.  1. Moo’s videos to help you and 2. Share you work to help us!  #littleboxofcrochet #littleboxofknitting & Little Box of Crochet Nicknackery on Facebook.

Enjoy my lovelies!
